Mora Siljan Airport is located 7 km (about 4.3 miles) from the hotel.

Try our broad variety on brewages or champagne on glass outside in the summertime.

Bathrobe & slippers
Bathrobe and slippers are included in the premium, superior and suite room categories. They are also available for children. Other rooms can order bathrobe and slippers for both adults and children, through the reception.

Bicycles
The hotel have bicycles for rent in spring, summer and part of the autumn season.

Breakfast
A breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant next to the reception.

Brewages
Cold brewages & snacks are available for purchase at the reception.

Check Out
The room is yours to use until 11.00 PM on the day of check out. If you desire a late checkout, please speak with the reception desk.

Cleaning
If you want the room cleaned during your stay with us, please put out the sign you got at check-in, between the hours of 09.00-14.00. Change of sheets will automatically be done after the 3^rd night, please notify the staff if needed before that. Towels will be changed if left on the floor in the bathroom”

Currencies exchange
If you need to exchange your currency for SEK (Swedish crowns), the reception will gladly help you with this.

Computer
An Internet connected guest computer is located in the library in the reception area. It is also possible to use a printer on this computer.

Coffee / Tea
Coffee, espresso & a water boiler is available in premium rooms and suites. For other rooms, please contact the reception to request a water boiler.

Conference
There are four well equipped conference rooms available to rent, with capacity from 5 to 200 persons. Please contact the reception for further information.

Translating into "Cultural Passport Dalarna", a Kulturpass Dalarna can be bought at the reception. With Kulturpass Dalarna, you will receive reduced prices at Dalarna's most famous tourist attractions.

Luggage room
On the entry level floor there is a locked luggage room where you can store your luggage in exchange for a receipt . Please ask the reception for assistance with this.

Open around the clock, serving coffee / tea, cold brewages and sandwiches.

Alcoholic beverages are served until 01.00 AM.

Please leave your laundry at the reception. A laundry bag is available in the wardrobe of your room. Clean laundry will be returned within 12 hours.

There are about 40 parking spots free of charge at the back of the hotel - please ask for a parking permit at the reception. A parking disk is required for other parking places. These are available free of charge at the reception.

Reception
The reception is manned around the clock. The entrance door is locked at night but a doorbell is available on the left side of the door.

Restaurant, Bar & Nightlife
For opening hours, please consult either the reception or the posters in the lifts. Our restaurant is a part of "Taste of Dalarna" with focus on local produce.

In the vicinity of the hotell, there are a multitude of restaurant, pubs and nightclubs.

Available in the relaxation area. There will be an entrance fee when there are spa treatments in session. All other hours they are open for all hotel guests. For opening hours, please contact the reception or visit our website.

Shopping
The main street of Mora is situated about a two minutes walk from the hotel and features a plethora of shops and restaurants. Only five minutes by car away, you’ll also have access to the Noret Handelsområde ("Noret Shopping District") which contains a lot of the bigger chains.

Shoe polish
A shoe polish machine is available in the reception area.

Sightseeing
The reception will gladly assist you with information, tickets and tour booking.

Ski racks
Available at the main entrance and in the garage during skiing season.

Sleeping in
If you are in need of a late check-out, please contact the reception. Please note that during holidays & larger events this service is sometimes not available.

All of the hotel is non-smoking and there are smoke detectors in all rooms. Outside the front of hotel and near the flagpoles, there are benches and ashtrays for smokers to use.

Our hotel offers SVT 1, SVT2, Kanal 3, TV4, Kanal6, Sjuan, TV8, TV10, TV12, Barnkanalen ("The children's channel"), Bloomberg and SVT24.

Trains
Mora Strand train station is located just outside the hotel.

Mora Resecentrum ("Mora Travel Hub") is located 1 km (about .6 miles) from the hotel.

Transfer to Arlanda Airport is possible from Mora Resecentrum

Ski Waxing Shed
A ski waxing shed is located next to the garage, in the basement of the second stairwell and is operational during skiing season. Any inquirers are to please contact the reception.
