Cancellation policies

When you book services on Mora Hotell's website, the following special cancellation policies apply to parts of our range of services. These policies are detailed below. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time and encourage you as a customer to keep yourself updated on any changes.

PACKAGES

Our packages are subject to these special cancellation policies:
Cancellation and rebooking is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. If packages are canceled later than 48 hours before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

SPA

Our spa services are subject to these special cancellation policies:
Cancellation and rebooking is possible up to 24 hours before arrival. If the spa treatments are canceled later than 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.

Other products/offers

For other services offered by the hotel, no special cancellation policies applies, except for any cancellation policies when the service is provided by external operators.

For rooms booked through a 3rd party, their policies apply.

ROOMS

Can be booked until 18.00 on the day of arrival, with the exception of the Vasaloppet summer and winter weeks - in this case, please contact the reception directly.
